Shipping policy

Every KAT LECHATTOM order is prepared with care and presented in our signature gift box, ready to be opened or gifted.

1) Delivery Within Lebanon

  • Complimentary delivery on every order across Lebanon.
  • Pay securely online at checkout, or choose Cash on Delivery.
  • Estimated delivery: 2–3 business days, depending on your location.

2) International Delivery

  • We ship to most countries worldwide. International orders are prepaid at checkout; Cash on Delivery is not available.
  • Shipping fees depend on the destination and are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
  • Estimated delivery: 4–7 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance.
  • Import duties, taxes and customs fees are not included in the product or shipping price and are the customer's responsibility. If a parcel is refused or returned because duties were not paid, shipping and return costs will be deducted from any refund.

3) Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days of confirmation.
  • Orders placed after 4 PM, on weekends or on public holidays are processed the next business day.
  • You will receive a confirmation by email or SMS once your order is on its way.

4) Failed Deliveries

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, if delivery is refused or the address is incorrect, a return delivery fee may be charged on future orders.
  • For prepaid orders, undeliverable parcels are returned to us, and re-delivery fees will apply.

5) Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 48 hours at support@katlechattom.com. We will review the case with our delivery partner and arrange a replacement or refund where applicable. Full details are in our Return & Refund Policy.
